An Indian Pizza Celebration

There are just some universal things that transcend cultures and borders: the best way to celebrate a victory, even in India, is a pizza party.

For my Managing Negotiations class (with the craziest schedule ever-- 4 hours of class per day for eight straight days), our final project was to do a team powerpoint presentation (they love powerpoints, or "PPTs" here). As it turned out, we got to choose our groups, so the five of us from Georgetown teamed up with five IIM students, all of whom happened to be from Hyderabad. (I suggested naming ourselves team HydraWash in recognition of our respective hailing cities, but lets just say there wasn't a lot of support for this nickname).

Though I honestly didn't think we did a very good job at all, somehow we were chosen as the winning group, resulting in a cash prize of 1500 rs (about $30 US) from the Professor for us to celebrate Through creative use of coupons, we managed to get five pizzas, and garlic breadsticks delivered from Papa Johns, and, Im proud to say the 8 of us that attended managed to finish them all!
